Techprint designs and prints the
smallest bar code labels in production using a variety of codes, materials and print
technologies. We specialize in building labels to meet our customers' unique requirements
by bringing industry standards to the New Super Density bar codes.
CODES Super Density allows the processing of information
in the smallest format available. We provide the highest quality resolution for Super
Density barcodes.
MATERIALS Paper, vinyl, polyester, void, destructible vinyl,
reflective, polymides, and tamper proof. Specialty materials are available for unique
applications.
ADHESIVES Permanent acrylic adhesives are typically utilized
in most bar code applications. Adhesives range from standard 1 mil acrylic adhesives to 5
mil high tack acrylic adhesives. Removable, repositionable and silicone adhesives are
available for-particular applications.
LABEL DIMENSIONS Standard sizes for various industrial / commercial
usage ranges from small printed circuit board labels to large shipping carton labels.
LABEL CONFIGURATION Super Density labels can be produced to cover an
absolute minimum product surface area by using a flexible format to allow for optimal data
presentation. Super Density allows the labels to encode up to 29 characters in less than
.5 linear inches. Precision die cutting allows for critical placement
STANDARD DENSITY 3.32, 4.70, 5.43, 5.56, 6.69, 11.23.
SECURITY Our Super Density bar codes, when used on badges
and asset tracking systems, cannot be copied by using conventional means.
MULTI COLOR LOGOS AND
GRAPHICS Includes human readable
information, company logos and alphanumeric data.
SERVICE RANGE Testing has proven our labels to be extremely
durable. Techprint prints the bar code on the underside of a clear substrate providing
laminate-like protection without the extra layer. In test on printed circuit boards, our
resin coated paper labels were exposed to temperature extremes from -40ºF to 500ºF for
10 minutes and remained within the designed performance properties.
LABEL DURABILITY Techprint, Inc. produces labels, which are designed
to survive exposure to harsh elements, including; temperature, water, solvents, cleaners,
chemicals, oil grease, UV light, dirt, humidity-and are scratch resistant.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS General product identification, process and
laboratory control, repositionable labels, blind code labels, logmars, AIAG labels and
circuit board labels. Our CLEI (common language equipment
identification) barcode labels are ideal for use in the communications industry.
SCANNERS Directly plugged into existing decoders and
portable data collection terminals, serial, wedge, emulation, nondecoding units are
available. Alignment guide on front of hand held unit for accurate and easy judgment of
